Whilst using Twitter one of the folks I was following asked for support in this little challenge.
Can you do 100 straight pushups? I can’t (yet), but it is a good example of the type of incremental training you will get at Fitnessbyphone, no matter what your current fitness level is.
I am doing it, so how about you? It’s only 100 pushups.

Hi Rick saw your comment on rob benwell’s cash cannons sales blurb lick your comment about all your guns aren’t firing I know what you mean. I did a challenge to get to 100 Hindu push ups hard work but body weight exercise is great for conditioning

Hey Rick,
I did my own hundred pushups challenge a while ago, it is a great achievement. The last 10 are so hard..
I still do pushups most days and have written a tool that tracks and graphs your pushups over time called PushUp Australia, you can see it at http://www.pushupaustralia.com.au. If you need extra motivation, you can pledge 1 cent for each pushup and then you can donate the total before tax time to your favourite charity.
